Active Youth and Child Program

During the last decades the lifestyle of our children haschanged dramatically due to the influence of technology. Today, many of our children spend hours in front of the screens: watching TV, exploring internet sites and playing video games. These long hours of sedentary activities are having a negative effect on their health. More children are overweight and diabetic.The lack of activity is not only creating physical illness but also makes children less able to achieve academically.

Weigh of Life is concerned about the well being of our children; therefore, we make a great effort to keep our children active and healthy.

Weigh of Life offers various funfilled activities. Our comprehensive children's program includes physical activity, nutrition education, social awareness and self esteem.
