Community Outreach

Weigh of Life's mission is to build a strong

and healthy community by collaborating with

other organizations such as Kaiser Permanente,

Brookside Medical Center, Nevin Community

Center and others.

Weigh of Life works with local Spanish media

broadcasting (Univision), local radio stations,

magazines and newspapers.

We actively create awareness of the importance of

healthy eating and active living for Richmond and San

Pablo residents, by organizing health fairs, healthy-eating

and active-living campaigns and exercise marathons.
