Zumba® is a fun, calorie-burning way to spend your hour! This class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Using high-energy Latin and World rhythms and music, most of our members don't even feel like they are exercising, but just dancing!
Zumba® is a full-body workout and combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility – not to mention boosted mood, energy, and confidence!

This fun cardio workout uses high-intensity kicking and punching to work the upper and lower body at the same time. After this one-hour class, participants will find themselves with improved strength, stamina, coordination, and cardiovascular capacity.
Step Aerobics is a high-impact way to burn calories and tone muscle at the same time! Led by Weigh of Life's always energizing and motivating instructors, this class uses an elevated platform involving different step moves. Change the intensity of your workout by raising the platform or adding free weights to your exercise. Get in a groove with high-energy music and creative choreography!
Led by Jan Schilling, RD, our nutrition classes pack quite a punch! These 15-minute classes include healthy eating tips, cooking demonstrations, and information on balanced diets. Our interactive classes are based on the interests and needs expressed by our members, led by health professionals.
Have a favorite dish or food you don't want to give up? Our teachers will give you ideas on how to make it healthier. Recent topics have included how to reduce calories, increase fruit and vegetable consumption and increase physical activity. Classes are offered in Spanish and English. Bring your questions!
